For each Objective: write it as an inspiring, qualitative statement of direction (not a metric), then write 3–4 Key Results that are: specific and measurable with a clear number or percentage, outcomes (not activities or tasks), achievable but ambitious (70% hit rate is the goal), and clearly owned.
